Christmas Vacation

This Christmas Break I did a lot of things. For example, I went to Guadalajara for Christmas. I have family there. On the first day I got there was in the night. The 2nd day I went to have breakfast and to buy things for the Christmas dinner that was that night. Finally, at 5 o'clock I went back to my grandma's house to take a shower. at 9 we went to my grandma's ranch, to have Christmas there and we slept there. I got 2 watches really cool ones and money I really liked what ''Santa Claus'' gave to me. Lastly, we slept at 2 a.m. The next day We had breakfast, then we had the opportunity to break the ''Pinata'' that was really awesome. On Sunday I went with my u

ncles and cousins to eat. We saw some movies, we saw ''Gahoole'' I really hate it it was not that good. Finally the next day I came back to Puerto Vallarta. I really liked this trip.

Another thing, it was the New Year. I really slept a lot on the 27th. On the 28th I Played a lot with some friends we play soccer and other things. It was really cool. On the 31st was really cool I went to visit some friends. at 9 p.m. I went to have dinner in Gazebo its located on the Marina. Ihad a really good time there. I ate turkey and I danced a lot. I saw some fireworks. Finally i went to sleep at 2 a.m.

Differences and similarities about the movie and the book.

The differences about the book and the movie is that in the movie gives away what happened so quickly and gives flashbacks so quick, in the book is more difficult to find out. Another thing, is that in the book Andy Evans tries to rape Melinda whereas in the book he only screams at her and tries to hit her. In the book says that Melinda writes in the bathroom about Andy Evans, but in the film she writes that ''Exhange students ruining the students''. Melinda meets Heather in the School bus in the film and in the book she meets her in the auditorium. Also, Ivy doesn't speak a lot to Melinda whereas in the book they talked a lot like best friends were they used to be. Finally, In the book, Melinda hears about Rachel and Andy's breakup happening at prom, whereas in the movie, Rachel breaks up with Andy outside of his car.

The similarities are that have most of the same narrations and same lines of acting. It takes place in the same high school. Talks about her raped by Andy Evans and how she was drunk, he was also drunk. In my conclusion, there's way more differences than in similarities.

Soundtracker final project

In this soundtracker project was really good. I really liked doing this type of things.

My challenges for thins song were that make a really good effort make a real song. There was a lI would change a lot of things like in some kinds of things it doesnt match. And I would find more sound effects.

I really liked my soundtracker mash up its ounds really cool. This was a good time doing it. When I was creating this I thought that was going to be really hard doing it because it would be hard on finding the sound effects. Finally, Audacity is a good place to do mash ups a little confusing but still you can do.

I liked a lot of mashups of my classmates. One of them was Cassie's and Emma's. They are really good. I think they should have an A+.

Watercolor Interpretation

Melinda a 9th grader girl was really confused when she picked “Tree” in Mr. Freeman’s class, she thought that it was going to be really easy. In this assignment she has to do a tree. She was asking really tough questions like “I’m going to do lots of trees in the year? or different types of drawing? “ Well, with this I felt the same way that Melinda felt about this tree. On Friday I walked into Mr. Heneghan’s class and I saw paper with watercolors and I thought we’re going to paint. In a while Mr. Heneghan talked to us the instructions and the assignment was to do a tree striking by a lightning.

When I was creating this tree Practice I really didn’t know what to do at first but, then I looked at Alana’s and Tania’s drawing I had an idea to create a tree, like a normal tree. Something went wrong, my paint was really ugly i really didn’t like it, it was horrible. So, you know I started everything with an purple paper and start with red and orange background I was in rush i had like 20 min left and I didn't even know what to do but I made it. I did the orange and red background because its like the sunrise when Melinda woke up to school the first day and felt that stomachache. After painting all my background I went t do my normal “Tree” with grass on he bottom then start to do my brown and the with leaves the strong green, I did this normal because I think Melinda should get happier and get new friends. The strong part has began I drew my lightning yellow and then hitting the tree and the tree started to burn with the colors of dark, red, yellow and orange. After finishing this I think that it has to be more creative so, I drew some of grey clouds and showing some of the loneliness that Melinda has and because of the rainy day and this rainy day expressing it. Finally, I gave it to Mr. Heneghan and this drawing expressed a lot of emotions like happiness and kind of loneliness, but I really like it. In my opinion I think Melinda should get happier. In my conclusion I made this tree like I said because that´s how I expressed painting trees.

Mash Up Elena

The process of my mash up was really good, I done this really early. I really know how to use this. Actually, when I was using this I thought that I was going to be really frustrated and I really, had a good time making it. Another thing, about the product of Audacity, It was really confusing at the beginning but, I really understand this. I really like it actually.
